CoVaBIZ Magazine is proud to launch the 2026 Best Places to Work Awards, recognizing the companies and organizations that are creating outstanding workplace cultures across Coastal Virginia and Hampton Roads.
This program celebrates businesses that prioritize employee satisfaction, professional growth, leadership, workplace environment, and overall company culture. Whether it’s through strong team support, innovation, benefits, community involvement, or a commitment to employee well-being, these organizations are helping define what it means to be a great place to work.
Nominations will be accepted from May 18 through June 19, 2026, and selected honorees will be featured in the October/November 2026 issue of CoVaBIZ Magazine.
To participate, nominations must be submitted by a current full-time employee of the business being nominated. Eligible businesses must be located and primarily operate within the Coastal Virginia/Hampton Roads region.
We encourage employees to recognize the companies that make a positive impact in their professional lives and help celebrate the workplaces that continue to elevate our region’s business community.
