Rampart Real Estate Partners purchased 39 acres of industrial land in Cavalier Industrial Park, located at the intersection of S. Military Highway and Cavalier Boulevard in Chesapeake. Colliers’ Chamie Burroughs and Ricky Anderson represented the buyer, Rampart Real Estate Partners, in the transaction. The Rampart Cavalier site will become a master-planned industrial outdoor storage (IOS) development. Rampart Cavalier is subdivided into eight parcels, including six planned development sites of 2.2 to 5.7 acres, each with a 7,000 to 25,000 square-foot industrial warehouse paired with a secured outdoor storage yard. All sites will be available for lease. Rampart started construction at the beginning of June 2026 and plans to phase delivery from Q4 2027 through Q4 2029.
