Wondering what the future holds for Coastal Virginia? Just look to this group of 30 creatives, business and nonprofit owners, hardworking individuals, volunteers, doers and thinkers, movers and shakers who make up our 2019 class of Millennials on the Move. They share with us what makes them stand out in their industries, aspects they look for in a workplace and new ideas or developments they’re most excited about in Coastal Virginia right now.
To choose our 2019 Millennials on the Move, CoVa BIZ held an online nomination period where colleagues nominated a millennial (or millennials were invited to nominate themselves). Honorees were chosen by a panel of local professionals. Focus was given on identifying individuals who exemplify success in their professions while also working within the community to advance the region as a whole.
