Leading Electric Bike Company to Open First Dedicated Dealership in Region

Pedego Electric Bikes will open its first authorized dealership in the region at City Center, 223 E. City Hall Ave. in Downtown Norfolk. The Pedego Norfolk dealership is owned by Amy and Kevin Oliver from Virginia Beach.

Colliers International’s Norfolk team of Perry Frazer and Brian Davidson represented the landlord of City Center, LNR Partners, LLC, in the 1,675-square-foot lease.

Pedego makes a complete line of 17 electric bikes for individual needs and style, including cruiser, off road or specialty. Prices start at $1,895 and go up to $5,495. The Norfolk store will offer new bikes and rentals for people to try them out or explore the city. The store will also offer bike service for both electric and non-electric bikes. A Pedego Owners Group will have regular activities and events throughout the region.

The retail shop will have a garage door that opens onto a bike trail leading to the Elizabeth River Trail and the bike-friendly city. The store is scheduled to open in early May.
