During Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Annual Sales Convention in Las Vegas, Nev. at Caesars Palace, agent Shawnee Fortes of Towne Realty’s Chesapeake office was awarded the coveted no. 1 agent position in the global network by units sold. Fortes sold 219 units in 2018 and even surpassed those in larger coveted housing markets.
Suzanne House Roscher was awarded for the first time by the Hampton Roads Realtor Association (HRRA) as the no. 1 individual agent by sales volume in the region. The Jon Decker Real Estate Group was awarded the no. 1 small team by HRRA. Towne Realty’s Bethany White Team earned the no. 50 position of nearly 50,000 real estate agents and teams globally, in addition to their placement as the no. 2 large team with HRRA regionally. These achievements earn the brokerage a two-point jump from the no. 19 (2017) to the no. 17 rank (2018) among over 100 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliates globally with a closed volume of over $1.6 billion in sales in 2018.
