Colliers International has been named the exclusive leasing and management agent for Bridgeway Technology Center I, located at 7025 Harbor View Blvd. in Suffolk.
The building is comprised of 123,407 square feet of office space that was recently purchased by W.M. Jordan Company. Colliers International also handles leasing and management for Bridgeway Technology Center II, 7021 Harbor View Blvd. and Bridgeway Technology Center III, 7007 Harbor View Blvd., that are also owned by W.M. Jordan Company.
Bridgeway Technology Center’s three buildings are located in Bridgeway Commerce Park, a 400-acre master plan project located in the Harbor View / N. Suffolk submarket at the Interstate 664 interchange of College Drive. It is zoned to accommodate a range of designations including office, research and development, light manufacturing and business operations.
“This is a highly desirable submarket for the tech industry,” said Perry Frazer, managing director of Colliers International’s Norfolk office. “The three-building complex has excellent access to Interstate 664. With the proximity to the Southside and the Peninsula, employers are able to attract talent from both sides of the water. We are pleased to put our leasing and management team to work on Bridgeway Technology Center I and create synergy with our other assignments in the area.”
