Colliers International announced the final sale of the Brownsfield Property in Portsmouth, as its original 44-acre parcel was occupied by BASF and its predecessor companies for more than 100 years. The last four-acre parcel at 3340 W. Norfolk Road, Portsmouth, was sold to W.F. Magann Corporation, a concrete, marine and heavy construction company, headquartered in Portsmouth. Ken Benassi, SIOR, senior vice president with Colliers International, represented the seller, Elite MGMT LLC, in the complex real estate repositioning and sales.
