Colliers International Announces Sale of Two Communities in Hampton

Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Fox Hill Apartments and LaSalle Gardens in Hampton. Fox Hill Apartments was sold by Lawson Companies to Cohen Investment Group, and LaSalle Gardens was sold by Abbitt Realty Company to Featherstone Holdings.

Fox Hill Apartments, located at 313 Silver Isles Blvd., was built in 1973 and includes 96 units.

Historically well occupied, nearly 98%, the property is highly sought after and exceptionally maintained. The community is surrounded by an established residential neighborhood that is close to Buckroe Beach and Grandview Beach Nature Preserve.

LaSalle Gardens is located at 810 LaSalle Avenue. Originally constructed in 1965, LaSalle Gardens offers one and two-bedroom units with significant renovation potential. LaSalle Gardens has a prime location that will be positively impacted by the Downtown Hampton Master Plan extending the core of downtown Hampton to the waterfront.

Both properties are in close proximity to major employers including NASA Langley Research Center, Sentara CarePlex Hospital, Hampton University, Hampton Virginia Medical Center and the Peninsula Town Center, a mixed-use development encompassing more than 5.8 million square feet of combined retail, office and entertainment.
