The ViBe Creative District nonprofit will be hosting district-wide Small Business Saturday celebrations in Virginia Beach’s ViBe District with an emphasis on welcoming veteran-owned businesses on Saturday, Nov. 30 from 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
The ViBe and Fathom Coffee, a veteran-owned small business which recently opened a new storefront on Baltic Avenue in the ViBe, are partnering with neighboring businesses to offer the public special promotions for the fourth year.
The district will host an outdoor pop-up Small Business Marketplace in ViBe Park with a goal of up to 50 vendors selling a variety of handmade merchandise. Brick-and-mortar ViBe businesses will also be offering specials and participating in a neighborhood scavenger hunt. Live music and an artist-led community mural project will take place in ViBe Park.
