Langley Federal Credit Union has been awarded as the top credit union for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans by the Richmond District Office of the SBA. This is the second time Langley Federal Credit Union has been named the top credit union in the district, receiving their first award in 2013.
“We were excited to present the Top Credit Union award to Langley for a second time in recent years,” said SBA Richmond Deputy District Director Shirelle Taliaferro. “We sincerely appreciate the credit union’s support of SBA loan programs and its dedication and commitment to meeting the financing needs of Virginia’s small businesses.”

For the exception of the northern Virginia counties of Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun, Langley Federal Credit Union’s district covers the entire state of Virginia, and has been providing SBA Loans since 2008.
“It’s great to see our hard work and persistence pay off with the recognition from the Richmond District Office of the SBA,” remarked Langley Vice President of Commercial Lending Natasha Merz. “We realize the importance small businesses play in our local economy.”
