Independence Professional Place Opens Near Town Center in Virginia Beach

Independence Professional Place, a two-story, 16,000 square-foot office building, opened near Town Center in Virginia Beach in November. A special ribbon cutting ceremony was held by Atherton Construction & Development and Parker Burnell Real Estate Group, the two partners in the office project, with Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms in attendance.

"We welcome the newest addition to the thriving area surrounding Town Center," said Virginia Beach Economic Development Director Warren Harris. "It is a strong statement of Virginia Beach's development strength to build and open with 100 percent occupancy."
