Groundworks Companies, the nation’s largest privately held foundation services company, announced the acquisition of both Independence Materials Group and KBH Management Software to facilitate its objective of building the first national foundation services company. Since 2010, KBH’s software, Biz Wiz, has been the nation’s leading workflow software for home service and foundation repair companies. The software is a unique cloud based, ERP, CRM and business intelligence workflow solution that automates leads, sales, installation, service and accounting.
Independence Materials Group (“IMG”) based in Columbia, S.C., is a manufacturer and distributor of specialty, patented products for the foundation repair, basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation industries.
