Guests came together to celebrate the 2026 Women on the Leading Edge honorees and the remarkable women shaping the future of Coastal Virginia’s business community.
Attendees enjoyed an afternoon of networking, inspiration and conversation. Beth Hester delivered opening remarks, welcoming guests and recognizing the accomplishments of this year’s honorees. The program also featured a keynote address from Dr. Anna Hickey, Dean of the Luter School of Business at Christopher Newport University, along with a panel discussion featuring regional leaders Jenny Crittenden (Retail Alliance), Laura Henderson (BizConnect Hampton Roads), Nicole Newsome (Qantm Creative) and Dr. Darlene Sparks Washington (Portsmouth Volunteers for the Homeless), who shared insights on leadership, growth and community impact.
