Two new tenants have joined the roster of businesses at 555 Belaire at Summit Pointe, a six-story office tower in the Greenbrier Central Business District.

MAP Communications and its new subsidiary, Posh Virtual Receptionists, have leased 28,813 square feet on the sixth floor of 555 Belaire. Summit Pointe will serve as the company’s new headquarters.
ReavesColey PLLC leased 5,098 square feet on the third floor. The law firm has 14 attorneys and specializes in government contracts, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, patents and intellectual property, construction, employment, international trade, litigation and estate planning and administration.
Davis Law PLC was the building's first tenant, leasing 3,000 square feet of office space on the third floor.
