Graduating the United States Naval Academy.

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a soldier and help protect our country since I was 8. After serving, I have now found a way to continue to do so.

Is there anything that you would change about your generation as a whole? If so, what?
To have a stronger work ethic, our generation expects things to be handed to them and don’t want to work for them or take the relative risk associated with their desired level of success.
What do you think is Coastal Virginia’s biggest challenge?
Getting more new technology and industry leaders involved.
How can Coastal Virginia better retain its younger population?
By having a more progressive marketspace and incorporating the new corporations that are driving the market.
What’s something that gives you hope for the future?
Despite the drama around trade, more and more international companies and markets are beginning to work more closely with the continental U.S. driving a possibility of a competitive modern industrial revolution.
