On Nov. 7, Gold Key | PHR hosted special guests to a topping out ceremony of the new Virginia Beach Marriott Cavalier Oceanfront Hotel as the structure’s final iron beam was hoisted to the top of the Oceanfront property overlooking the Atlantic. A collection of project principals, city officials and project employees celebrated the completion of the luxury hotel’s structural phase after a $125 million build.
CoVa BIZ took a guided tour of the Marriott Cavalier Oceanfront Hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2020 and will house over 25,000 square feet of modern meeting and event spaces along with its 305 rooms for visitors. The hotel’s amenities will also feature an M Club Lounge where work and relaxation will coincide as well as three signature restaurants, including rooftop dining with panoramic views of the ocean and Virginia Beach.
