Rachel Zollweg, practice manager, agrees. “Everyone steps up and takes care of each other. We never feel like we are alone or handling more than each other. The firm is fair and shows appreciation for the work we do. The owner always has an open-door policy, so we can ask questions and get feedback and answers when things come up. The owner also buys our lunch two to three times a month, just to say thank you.”
