Nominate your workplace in the CoVa BIZ Best Places to Work Awards today!
Spelling out what makes a great work environment is somewhat of an inexact science. But who better to determine that than the employees who experience it day in and day out? So we’re asking that employees nominate their places of work for our “Best Places to Work” contest. This competition recognizes and honors companies that deliver a true commitment to their employees by advancing operational ideals and promoting productive environments just to name a few. The questions that follow will focus on work culture, training and development opportunities, tangible and intangible benefits, and employee satisfaction among other things. Nominations will be reviewed and selected by a professional committee. Please note that only selected workplaces will be contacted.
Nomination Period: August 15-October 15, 2023
Selected honorees will be featured in the 2024 Jan/Feb issue of CoVa BIZ Magazine.
Important Note Regarding Multiple Nominations for a Single Organization: The Best Places to Work review committee is looking for a single strong nomination for each organization, one that provides a well expressed explanation of the workplace’s efforts in providing an incredible environment through benefits, work culture, opportunity and more. Submitting multiple nomination forms from different individuals for the same organization does not improve that organization’s chances of being selected.
