RynohLive Reaches Five-Millionth Transaction
Award-winning software system RynohLive based in Virginia Beach reached its five-millionth real estate and settlement transaction in February. CEO and Founder Dick Reass has since made plans to celebrate the occasion with the actual client that closed the transaction—Orange Coast Lender Services based in Pittsburgh, PA.
“What an amazing ride it has been thus far. We have truly turned a dream into a reality.” Reass commented, “We wouldn’t be where we are today without our loyal clients.”
RynohLive’s executive members will meet with the entire Orange Coast Lender Services team over lunch to celebrate. “We’re very excited to celebrate this milestone with RynohLive. RynohLive is a phenomenal tool and has truly been a life saver for us,” said Angi Rosso, Accountant for Orange Coast Lender Services. Orange Coast began as a RynohLive client last fall, and the software has exceeded the agency’s expectations with its features, including the RynohSecure dashboard.
Growing into an industry standard, Reass developed RynohLive after realizing how vulnerable the industry was to fraud and theft during a 2003 American Land Title Association (ALTA) Convention in Phoenix. Since then, the software has served thousands of agents and has protected their escrow account disbursements. The cloud-based software has also identified and prevented escrow theft wire and ACH fraud, employee embezzlement, check fraud and disbursing errors and has saved clients millions of dollars.
“It’s a very proud moment for RynohLive,” added Reass, “we have a great team and we will continue to provide the best service in the industry.” In only ten years, RynohLive has grown its client base to over two thousand agents, and securely protecting more than $1.25 trillion in escrowed funds.
